Arrival/departure:
Should you be late arriving or early departing, you will be charged the entire lodging price.
Cancellation policies:
The right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply in this case, which means that the specific cancellation conditions are in effect.
To avoid cancellation fees, the written cancellation notice must be received by us no later than 6 weeks prior to the arrival date in the winter season or 2 weeks prior to the arrival date in the summer season. If the cancellation occurs after these deadlines, the total price of the booked period will be charged. Should a deposit have already been paid, it will be deducted from the cancellation invoice.
Travel cancellation insurance:
Do not dispense with travel cancellation insurance. Cancellation fees will always be charged. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions. We therefore recommend that you arrange travel cancellation insurance!
